Thank heaven the genius of Christina exists--and I am not exaggerating. Having lost my eye only months ago at age 77 (a nearly-fatal infection), I was completely at a loss. I was using black patches, with little kids in groceries whispering to their moms, "LOOK! A WITCH!" There were a lot of physical issues (I think they were psychological!) and I was dipping into a bad depression. But I was referred by my surgeon to The Center for Ocular Prosthetics in Portland, and it was a matchless experience. Christina is an unusual person with unbridled ability and limitless imagination --- her artistic talents are impossible to describe. The eye she handpainted for me looks (and feels!) *exactly* like my other eye ---even my own son-in-law could not guess which one was "real". It was painless, fun, paid for by insurance, and.... life-saving. I'd be glad to give a TED Talk about the whole experience! Life-changing! Ask about her "Fun Eyes"! Thanks, new friend. <3
