My husband's experience with Dr. Phan was fine, but I can only assume that since my husband said that he noticed that the office was under staffed, they were behind with appointments, so I ended up waiting for him in our car for an hour and a half from the time he entered the building to the time he came out. We were also misinformed about this appointment, as this appointment should have been done by Dr. Boutros, as it turned out to be my husband's semiannual checkup instead of Dr. Phan just checking his eye with his post cataract surgery. We still plan on using Dr. Boutros because we love the care he's given to us over the years and we really like him too. This is the first time that we experienced this situation, so we are just in hopes that future visits will go better than this visit did!
