I started with Christina in the beginning of September 2022. I have tried countless diets trying to lose weight and I'm a type 1 diabetic so I have always struggled. I finally decided to reach out and directly work one on one and get a specific eating plan for me! Christina is wonderful and gave me an eating plan through an app called Eatlove. I have been successful with losing weight! She holds me accountable and is available to me if I have any questions. I highly recommend working with her! She is very supportive but you do have to be open minded and wanting to change for yourself as well! Thanks!
