I stopped going to Village Optical after Dr. Boston left. They didn’t tell me. Consequently, when I showed up for my appt. they just placed me with someone else. The straw that broke the camel’s back was when I went into pick up my prescription sunglasses. They handed them to me and sent me on my way. Never fitting them to my face. I was dumbstruck. I’ve been wearing glasses almost all my life,never has that happened. Come to find out the glasses did not fit my face at all. I used to purchase my glasses there as well as the exam. I should have gone back and complained so that’s on me but all and all a great disappointment.
