I have been seeing Chris on and off (can’t always afford it, my fault not his) for 5 years now regarding addiction, grief and trauma. He is the best therapist I’ve ever had. Do not bother seeing him if you aren’t actually interested in personal growth because he is going to dig deep and really make you uncomfortable. But don’t let that scare you. I would venture to say Chris knows me better than my own family, even when months go by between appointments. Can’t recommend him enough!!
