Mr. Gallagher is an excellent physical therapist. He was a visiting PT who helped me through my knee replacement surgery and was astute enough to diagnose another issue that I had (needed spinal surgery as well). He also gave me a few tips on how to better negotiate a staircase and walk with minimal pain post-surgery.
