I highly recommend Christopher. Being able to talk to someone who is trained to help in a professional, confidential, and welcoming environment makes a huge difference. I was in a very dark spot, and he was very compassionate + listened well. His office is very nice, it had tea, coffee, water, newer furniture, white noise machines, a nice waiting room.. It was welcoming. Christopher's communication was A+ which is rare from my experience. I wish I would have reached out earlier, its hard to accept you may need help... but after just 2 sessions, I noticed a night and day difference in my life. Those around me saw a huge difference too. He even helped me on how to answer to those close to me what I am going through which was a fear of mine. People thinking I was crazy and needing therapy. When you talk, you are able to work through things. I am leaving this great review, simply as a thank you to him and hopefully an outreach to you. If you need help he may be a great option!
