He’s good at teaching you skills, CBT specifically. I was looking for someone that would call me out on my BS because I make a lot of excuses, or should say I used to. Chris pushed me to reflect on my negative thoughts and instead of telling me how to fix them like past therapists (been in therapy for over 10 years with different therapists), he encouraged me to use my own skills and develop my own solutions. He’s compassionate and will push you in a good way to challenge your problems.
