After experiencing hearing loss in one ear with the potential serious consequences if it became permanent, I sought out the best practice for treatment. Dr. Pool came highly recommended with impressive credentials.His group, ENT and Allergy specialists, was convenient, clean and professional.Dr Pool took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment and listened to my concerns. He was friendly, skilled and professional. I highly recommend him.
