I don’t usually write negative reviews but Chris and the other PA have a lot to learn when dealing with humans. Sacred Heart had always been o my go to for medical care been trying to get medical care for a torn meniscus since April. In June and then in July I had appts with the doc who was a no show. I was angry no one called me ( it’s a 2 hr. Drive) So Chris (PA) filled in for the doc. Chris did not examine my knee, did not give me a brace until I asked for one, no medical advice until I brought it up. Very patronizing. I felt he was not listening to me and I ended up in tears.
