Mr. Vassel was excellent. He's a good listener, but also knows when to stop you and interject when appropriate (usually when I would start going off on an unnecessary tangent). He helped me personally understand some insecurities and bad thought patterns that have bothered me for a long time. Obviously I still struggle on occasion, but now know how to manage them better and I am much more comfortable and happy with myself than I used to be. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
