Although I have not met Dr. Webb in person (I am based in NYC), I reached out to him after finding his very informative videos about Bertolotti's Syndrome on YouTube. Dr. Webb generously offered to call and consult me between patients. Not only is Dr. Webb incredibly knowledgable, he is also patient and kind. I have a much better understanding about what is causing my back pain, and for the first time in years I feel hopeful that I may be able to treat it (without surgery!)
