I have met Cindy once, she seemed very professional, open and caring. My child sees her for ongoing sessions. At first it was great, my kid felt connected and accepted. Today my child needed an emergency session, they got us in, thankfully, and unfortunately there was connection issues on the providers end. We agreed to a phone call and my kid came to me about half way through saying that Cindy wasn't paying attention to her. She shared several things that were deep and personal very quickly and only got a response to the first sentence then after a bit of silence was given general advise and the session was ended. Maybe it was an off day. Over all she's good but maybe stick with virtual or if you don't hear the person, ask them to repeat themselves.
