Absolutely amazing. Cindy changed my mindset on so many situations and truly made me a kinder and more socially aware person! We focused on DBT skills and talk therapy. She is kind and smart and provides thoughtful and sensible insight— I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. She made me want to be a therapist because the work she did with me was life-changing.
