Cindy is someone who without a doubt allows you to be yourself and comfortable. There were things I haven't told anyone about, only Cindy and she didn't judge me at all and it was relief getting the weight off my shoulders. She is FUNNY! she will make you laugh which eases any nerves and you feel cared for because she truly does care. It was easy opening up to her about things and she wants you to live your best self and helps you get there. She helped me navigate friendships and relationships as well as my social anxiety
