CJ not only helped with my physical pain but my mentality as well. I did not believe I could get better, but he explained what I was feeling and showed me how I could move without pain in the mean time while we rehabilitated. He brought me confidence in myself and I now have the tools and knowledge to help if I ever have a flair up. I could not recommend him enough. Other doctors told me I should never workout and I needed surgery. I am in the best shape of my life and am not considering surgery.
