I have been seeing Claudius Johnson, LCSW for 3 years. I use to cry every session. Thanks to his guidance, I have Self-Awareness, Self-Esteem, Self-Worth and Self-Respect!!. I now know how to identify when I'm beginning to feel overwhelmed so I can steer myself clear of "The Cave". The Cave is a place I go mentally to escape reality. I have been "Cave Free" for 5 months!!! Kay Gee
