Always through and compassionate. Cliff not only takes the time to listen, but explains the diagnosis throughly and what to expect. Sometimes there are options that can be considered, and he spells them out clearly. Getting better is a partnership, and understanding the plan, will get us there quicker. In a world where healthcare is so impersonal and detached, I’m grateful to find a provider who still takes time, listens and cares.
