WHEN HE LEFT THE GREENFIELD FAMILY PRACTICE, I WAS VERY DSIAPPOINTED. WHEN HE LEFT , I HAD TO AS WELL. IHAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO BE COMFORTABLE ANY HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS SERVICES SINCE !. TODAY I BEGAN TO TRY AND FIND HIS WHEREABOUTS ; AND FOUND THIS VINUE. PLEASE , IF ANY ONE CAN SHARE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT HIS SERVICES, SHARE . IN THOSE TIMES IN HIS CARE,I REFERRED MANY, MANY PATIENTS TO HIM AS WELL.
