Colleen cares deeply about her clients. She is a licensed mental health specialist who has been practicing in the field of counseling for many years. She specializes in working with individuals dealing with trauma and addictions along with anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Colleen also works with couples, families, and groups. She believes that everyone deserves to live the best life possible, and she strives to help people achieve that goal through therapy. I found her to be highly professional, compassionate, empathetic, and knowledgeable. Colleen was able to connect quickly and help me understand my situation.  She is always willing to listen and offer advice. She is an amazing listener and will give you all the tools you need to get back on your would recommend her services to anyone looking for guidance or support. if your looking for a professional counselor, Colleen and her team at New Heights Counseling are the ones to see! You can't go wrong!!
