I was overwhelmed by grief. Connie gave me the permission to wait with it, to embrace it. Over our ten sessions, she shared much wisdom and good advice, having amazing incite into exactly what I needed. She helped me realize that I don't have to give up the sadness, but it can be part of my wholeness, moving me toward deeper compassion for others. She walked with me on this dark road and was genuinely interested in me, in my story. I am now open to new possibilities.
