I am extremely fortunate to be under the care and guidance of Dr. Poly since October 2023. Best decision of my life. She provides extensive knowledge of nutrition for both the body and mind...yes, even the mind! Dr. Poly has encouraged me to be a strong advocate for my personal well-being in her very positive approach to nutritional education. She has without a doubt made a huge difference in how I incorporate food into a healthy lifestyle change. The difference has been a positive impact on weight loss, increased energy and overall feeling of accomplishment.
