Courtney has been extremely helpful in driving my mental health journey. Her experience and knowledge is considerable and has helped me to find the best solutions to some very difficult family issues and trauma related symptoms. She has fantastic suggestions for coping skills and working through familial relationship challenges. Courtney is able to spot areas where I need to work on myself and guides me, in the best way for me, to reflect and act. Highly recommend!
