I started with Cindi a couple of years ago because of some family issues. Since then we have covered so many other topics and I have grown and feel more at peace because of her guidance. Cindi is always engaged, never rushes our sessions and I feel she genuinely cares about my well-being and growth. She celebrates positive changes I've made and helps me understand how past experiences may have shaped today's me and if they cause pain, how to cope better and protect myself on a day to day basis. I feel comfortable being vulnerable with her and feel validated and supported.
