It is Cynthia's willingness to take the time to listen to my concerns and then go about patiently explaining suggestions for treatment that sets her apart. I have absolute trust in her ability because she will pull in another physician to look at something if she thinks another opinion would be helpful. That absence of ego and respect for my well being puts her over a 5 star rating.
