Knowledgable, personable, down to earth, empathetic, straight-forward good communicater. She gave me the news I wanted to hear (no surgery) and that which I probably needed to hear (I can keep running when better but look forward low impact aerobic exercises to mix in '- not just running). In short I would go back to her again or recommend her in a heartbeat if I needed to.
