I recommend Cindy Sherbon as a counselor; she understands what is going on under the surface. I think I basically I expected sympathy and a shoulder to cry on but I ended up finally connecting some dots, thanks to her gentle explanations, suggestions and reminders. I feel safe now from the repeating problems I had, thanks to what I learned in our sessions, and I can better evaluate human behaviors, including my own. I could never had done this on my own without her help.
