Ms. Stauffer actively and meaningfully engages in the therapy sessions, including pulling from past experiences - it isn’t a sit back approach and primarily listen approach. She takes insurance, has been easy to schedule with, and co-pays have been straightforward. Her approach advocates a pastoral care component, which at minimum means spending a few minutes centering. Finally, the sessions (individually and holistically) and her policies are all well-structured.
