She always provided supporting resources, whether it be a worksheet or a website, that allowed me to learn how to deal with the situation and learn more about addiction. When I came to her I was a ball of anxiety and stress. Now, I see things through a new lens. I am better able to determine to what extent and how I am going to be involved in the challenges we are facing. She helped bring me back to center and to a point where I remember that I must take care of myself before I take on other responsibilities. Thank you Cynthia, you are a life changer!
