Dr Sol is the first therapist of many I have tried over the years. I was hesitant to go because prior therapy has never worked for me. I received excellent care. After a few weeks of getting to know me, he included family members in my therapy. Some work was fun and easy. Some work was not so easy, but always productive. It was a safe place for me to grow and recover from trauma. I felt like someone finally validated me. During our year, I learned many tools that most people usually learn as young adults; tools which continue to help me. It was especially good to hear him say “ I’m sorry this has happened to you” which was a welcome and rare acknowledgment. It has been almost a year since discharge. I highly recommend him, especially if therapy has failed you before.
