I was recommended to Dal when my mental health provider office was full and could not accommodate me. I was fortunate to be able to have in-person sessions with Dal, and felt immediately comfortable working with her. This was my first experience with therapy; I had been skeptical that therapy could be beneficial and held stigma against it, but now I feel that everyone would benefit from having a personal therapist! With her expertise, Dal was able to not only help me with the problem that I first came to her with, but she also made me realize that many of my problems in life could be attributed to this single personality trait. Once my eyes were opened to this, I was able to make better life choices that resulted in me being happier, more self-accepting, and having less anxiety. If I could afford it, I would keep Dal as my therapist forever and have her help me tackle my issues one by one to make myself the best person I could be! Dal also has ample free parking - so important to me.
