I found Dr. Young to be compassionate and caring, and truly thoughtful about my issues and experiences. Over time I was able to appreciate how my personal history has influenced my thoughts and feelings in the present - and also how this impacts what I do. Dr. Young provided a feeling of safety that helped me be really honest in the sessions.
