After 20ish years, my husband and I sat down with Dana. Best decisions we ever made. He guided us to our truth; despite our longevity, we were not speaking and acting in a way that was complete, honest, and open. Dana did not know us or our complete history, but his compassion and extraordinary listening skills quickly refocused us on what drew us to each other in the first place. The work we did with Dana saved our marriage. In June 2013 my husband passed away unexpectedly after 37 years of our life together. I was broken. I lost my best friend. I knew exactly who I needed to talk to. I reached out to Dana and within 5 days of my husband’s passing I was sitting across from Dana not knowing what I was going to do or how to survive. So many things about one’s life are affected by a profound loss. Through our sessions, Dana teaches me the words and actions to replace the defeatist ones I labor under. Dana continues to be that voice that guides me from surviving to thriving.
