Dr. Danial Sturgill is very open-minded and has a good grasp on non-cis gender identities, including those that fall outside the gender binary. He gives useful information on the legal aspect of gender (i.e. sex listed on driver's license). In addition, when the topic of chronic pain came up while discussing my medical history, he was not dismissive of it like other doctors that I have seen in the past were. Overall Dr. Sturgill is an amazingly empathetic doctor and I highly recommend choosing him if you are looking for a referral to medically transition.
