I first met Dan in a partial hospitalization program; then afterwards he was my therapist for 9 years. I saw him primarily for depression and anxiety. The only reason I discontinued treatment is that I moved away. He was non-judgmental, respectful and compassionate. He helped me improve relationships, and develop healthy coping strategies for my anxiety and stress. I no longer dwell in the past but am able to move forward through most of life’s upheavals.
