I am 74 and have been having back spasms and lack of rotation in my neck which I attributed to arthritis. Dr. Glimpse spent time to talk through my concerns, examined me and was clear that arthritis need not be crippling. He was very careful not to do more than my body could handle and gave me exercises that have completely changed my relationship with my back. He tuned into what I was wanting from the experience and created an atmosphere of partnership. Highly recommend.
