Daniel is an incredible therapist. He’s very patient and taught me how to understand myself and why I was behaving a certain way. He used EMDR therapy which was very effective for me to overcome negative beliefs instilled since childhood. Instead of telling me his opinions, I would come to realizations on my own. Highly recommend Daniel for anyone looking to understand themselves and be in the driver seat of their own life.
