Hello after about 30 years. I probably owe my life and the quality of my life to Dr. Schlenger. He discovered the connection between severe hemiplegic migraine and my eating foods that contain MSG . and he recommended that I eat only things that come in their own packages such as eggs apples bananas. Since seeing him and changing my eating habits I have been completely migraine free except for about once a year when I accidendentally eat gelatin or commercial broth. MSG goes by many names.
