My therapist is really approachable. Easy to talk too. They are a small practice too, and I like that it's not a big hospital or clinic. They have really nice offices too-didn't spare any expense on furniture and technology. My daughter does the DBT program and loves the skills coaching. They use videos in sessions and or worksheets. It's nice to feel so welcomed. I also like that they offer reoccurring appointment slots so that I don't have to worry about scheduling follow-up appointments or be afraid of not getting an appointment. Some places I've been before see too many people and I wouldn't be seen for 3 weeks.
