I currently see Danielle Kouri for therapy and it has helped me immensely. She is helping me to process trauma that other therapists couldn’t. I have tried a few other therapists in the past that I didn’t connect with so I feel lucky to have found her. It is so comfortable speaking with her and when she pushes me it doesn’t feel aggressive. I never feel like I have to talk about something that I don’t want to talk about. Yes, sometimes she will push me more than I was willing to go or the coping skills don’t work every time but I can tell her that and she’ll give me other options or apologize. I highly recommend her. She is focused a lot on trauma and events from your past so if that is what you are looking for then she will be helpful.
