I felt at ease with Danielle from the very start. She listens with her heart. I always feel her compassion and support during our sessions. She's honest and thoughtful. Danielle is a therapist that is truly with you during sessions; she's present and authentic. We work on cognitive behavior skills (CBT) as well as DBT, and talk therapy. She also integrates mindfulness (body scan) when needed. Danielle was accessible and generous with her time when I was having a very difficult time.
