Ms. Daniels-Holden is a very professional, caring, and thorough practitioner. I get the sense that she is giving me what I need when she is talking to or examining me. She is very knowledgeable, and I trust that she is helping me based on first-hand expertise. However, at Kaiser Permanente Kensington Physical Therapy department where she works, her clinic is overbooked and hard to get the needed additional PT care that I and / or others require. She makes it clear how very busy it is there.
