I have worked with Daphne in several different seasons of my life over the past 5 years. When I began seeing Daphne I was in a season of crisis in the midst of an intensely abusive relationship. I don't believe I would have been successful in reclaiming my life if it had not been for the work I did with Daphne to establish boundaries, goals, and recognize my own power during a time I felt powerless. This led me into a season of reclamation, removing myself from the abusive situation & taking control of my own life and heal. Daphne helped me work through the constant and agressive PTSD that plagued me night and day as we worked on trigger responses, personal responsibilities and self soothing.I am now learning to celebrate a season of success. Daphne's compassion, diverse knowledge/skillset and holistic practice sets her at a league above. I have recommended her to friends who have also seen success. I count myself genuinely privileged to learn from such an amazingly bright light.
