Until my 2 hospitalizations this year, I had never experienced working with an OT professional; however, when my surgeon told me that I needed to begin OT immediately, I had a little knowledge of what to expect. Happily, I was assigned to Daphne. She is truly a dedicated therapist who is very experienced, caring, and professional. She always listens to my concerns and thoroughly explains a treatment plan. I love it that, given my complicated and difficult case, she is innovative and employs the latest information for my benefit. I would and do HIGHLY RECOMMEND Daphne Reynolds-Day!!
