I was under ?Dr Brydges care for a severely deterioated disk . Surgeon wanted to operate on my bad disk in neck . ?Dr Brydges thought if we continue to adjust neck that after time I would be pain free . I'm glad that I listened to him . After three months , three times a week visits I am pain free . No surgery ! Hopefully , with monthly visits and exercise I can avoid surgery down the road .
