Darla taught a course at Vermont State College at Castleton. I was just thinking about how grateful I was to have her as a professor, and I have used what she taught me for over 40 years. The phrase "Everything that has to get done, will get done" has been my mantra, every time I feel overwhelmed. Although there were many other techniques that have stayed with me, this little sentence is used the most. It is amazing how it has kept me calm and on track for over 40 years. Again ...
