I went to see Dr Bass regarding my lower back, thinking that surgery was my only option. He listened to my symptoms and issues, noted the way I moved and was able to do a few muscular tests right there in the office. He showed me some exercises and stretches to do that immediately gave me some relief. He was in touch within a few days to see how I was feeling and if the exercises were helping. My pain level has decreased substantially.
