He was the only counselor I genuinely connected with throughout the 15 years of searching for a counselor. He spoke with full care, interest, and concern. Asked questions that revealed the root cause of my feelings, or behavior, and opened my mind to different possibilities. Not sure why someone rated him 1 star, but in my experience he was the only person who targeted my needed treatment style. I never felt uncomfortable or judged in my sessions and now that I have an insurance plan he takes, I will make the distant trip from Mill Creek to Arlington, just to see him again! He also made me feel relieved when I had to bring my young child along, providing a tablet with a drawing app to keep her occupied. Hope this review brings others the security they need to schedule an appointment a real counselor, which is David.
