Dr. Hardy’s staff worked me in as an emergency visit on a Saturday. Front desk staff was polite and courteous, very friendly. Dr. Hardy was friendly and polite. He did a great job of walking me through the exam and then explaining my prognosis. I had a dislocated retina and he took care of booking me with a surgical team for Monday. He even gave me his cell phone number to call him over the weekend if I had any questions or concerns. I very much appreciated the gesture. After my surgery he called me to follow up on how I was doing. I called him back to update him on my condition after my week check up. He responded that he was pleased things were progressing well and to let him know if there was anything else he could do for me. I felt that Dr. Hardy gave me his full attention during the visit and went above and beyond post visit. I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing a good optometrist.
