Dear Dave, I need your email old friend, because I am finally able to go back to work after a litany of bumps in the road. I need it for the reference part of my app. to CRS for a clinical position, and a supervision position. Please can you help w/ a rapid respose. Would love to see you again now that the fog has cleared. You were the best supervisor I ever had, besides Miretsky being right up there w/ you.
